We are immediately hiring a 2nd shift Warehouse Operations Manager in Charlotte, NC for our Supply Chain Solutions division. Oversee daily logistics functions, including inbound/outbound flow, inventory accuracy, labor planning, and operational performance. Drive process improvements, ensure regulatory and safety compliance, and lead to achieve service, cost, and quality targets.

Key Qualifications
  • Experience supporting parts process flow within a manufacturing environment, specifically for a production plant in Charlotte, NC.
  • Managed day‑to‑day operations of a 136k sq. ft. warehouse.
  • Oversaw receiving, storage, inventory control, and kitting operations to support HVAC production plant.
  • Demonstrated experience leading and managing salaried operations and logistics managers (preferred).
  • Pay type:

    Exempt / Salary paid twice per month.
  • Annual salary: $80,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year based on experience.
  • Annual bonus incentive:
    Up to 10% or more of salary per year.
  • Relocation assistance available.
  • Schedule:

    2nd shift 2:30 pm–11 pm (8 h); 4:30 pm–3 am (10 h).
Essential Functions
  • Manage the performance of salaried and hourly employees, resolve performance issues, and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with senior management and customers to determine their needs and expectations and operate the account to meet those demands.
  • Be responsible for payroll of employees.
  • Analyze weekly and monthly P&L statements to determine account profitability and provide financial data and weekly operations report to senior management.
  • Be responsible for accounts payable, vendor quotes for purchased materials, and customer invoicing.
  • Hold Safety & Security meetings, provide safety training and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Excellent knowledge of safety and security requirements (advanced required).
Qualifications
  • H.S. diploma/GED required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain preferred.
  • Three (3) years or more relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or industry related field required.
  • Two (2) years or more managing and leading direct reports required.
  • Excellent knowledge of transportation and/or warehouse logistics operations (advanced required).
  • Excellent knowledge of safety and security requirements (advanced required).

Compensation

Pay type:

Salaried.

Annual salary pay range: $80,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year.

Annual bonus incentive up to 10% or more of salary per year.
