Executive Director Data & Analytics Solutions - Integrity

Job Summary

The Executive Director will define the enterprise Payment Integrity strategy across all line of business, including opportunity identification, prioritization, and roadmap development.

• Bachelor’s degree in data science, engineering, computer science or business/economics.
• 15+ years experience leading cross‑functional teams in data product development or innovation strategy.
• 7 years of leadership experience.
• Leadership and strategic decision‑making skills.
• Executive level communication skills.
• Relationship management and customer satisfaction.
• Problem solving / analytical thinking.
• Knowledge of change management, planning, and communication techniques.
• Experience in strategic partnerships, evaluations, due diligence.
• Database architecture and storage, infrastructure, and integration technologies experience.
• Previous experience overseeing the annual budget and allocating resources for various projects and operational needs.
• Experience translating needs and initiatives into compelling business cases.
• Ability to conduct cost‑benefit analyses to justify investments and ensure ROI.

This is a Flex (Hybrid) role: 3 days in office; 2 days remote.
