The Cary Company is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead and grow a Southeast / South‑Central territory
. This role provides full leadership responsibility for a distributed team of outside sales representatives across multiple states, with a strong focus on coaching, execution, and regional growth strategy.
This is a field‑oriented leadership role
. While this position is posted in Atlanta, the role manages a multi‑state territory and requires regular travel throughout the region.

- Base Salary: $100,000–$130,000 (commensurate with experience)
- Bonus Program: Performance‑based bonuses tied to team and individual results

- Develops and executes regional sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals
- Leads, coaches, and mentors a team of outside sales representatives across multiple states
- Owns forecasting, pipeline health, and regional performance metrics

- Is comfortable managing a geographically dispersed, travel‑heavy territory
- Collaborates effectively with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams

- Experience managing multi‑state or regional sales teams
- Strong analytical, strategic, and communication skills
