OverviewStrategy & Operations is an instrumental function for the Global Solution Engineering Center of Excellence. The Director of Program Management will own and drive key initiatives across the CoE, focusing on leveraging data and analytics to inform strategy, drive decision‑making, and accelerate critical projects. The role supports the global Solution Engineering G4G process and the High Performance Culture rollout, partnering with Solutions, Product, and Sales executives to develop and execute strategies that align with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities- Program Management Leadership – Lead the end‑to‑end execution of global programs, ensuring alignment with objectives and milestones. Develop comprehensive program plans, tracking systems, and reporting tools for transparency.
- Cross‑Functional Relationship Building – Build strong, collaborative relationships with senior executives and cross‑functional teams. Foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous learning.
- Partner with Solutions, Product, Sales, Marketing, Sales Strategy, Enablement, and other functional leaders to define key metrics and deliverables, aligning teams on strategy and priorities.
- Drive Strategy and Innovation – Leverage data and analytics to refine and adapt strategies, working with cross‑functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.
- Create Analytics Dashboards for Continuous Improvement – Develop and maintain data‑driven dashboards that track key initiatives, identify trends, and provide actionable insights for senior leadership.
- Program Management Experience – Demonstrated track record of managing large, cross‑functional, data‑driven programs, overseeing projects from conception to execution.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strategic Leadership – Experience working closely with senior leadership to define and execute strategic initiatives, balancing long‑term vision with short‑term priorities.
- Exceptional presentation skills – Ability to present data and insights clearly and compellingly to senior executives and stakeholders.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Management – Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, managing and influencing stakeholders at all levels across functions and geographies.
- Strong Analytics & Data‑Driven Decision‑Making – Proven experience using analytics, data visualization, and dashboard tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to drive business strategy and optimize processes.
- Proactive and Results‑Oriented – Self‑motivated, resourceful, and focused on delivering results with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Coordinate internal resources for the flawless execution of data‑driven projects and programs.
- Ensure all programs are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with data‑driven metrics.
- Develop and execute detailed project/program plans to track progress using analytics and dashboards, measuring performance and making real‑time adjustments.
- Regularly brief executives and key stakeholders on project status, risks, and opportunities using data‑driven insights.
- Foster cross‑functional collaboration to ensure strategic alignment and effective execution of global solutions projects.

Additional benefits information can be found at The typical base salary range for this position is $171,200 - $273,000 annually. In select cities within the San Francisco and New York City metropolitan area, the base salary range for this role is $205,800 - $298,400 annually.
The range represents base salary only and does not include company bonus, incentive for sales roles, equity or benefits, as applicable.
