As our Revenue Cycle Analyst, you will collaborate with the Customer Service Department to identify opportunities for improvement and address existing challenges. Every day you will be responsible for analyzing revenue cycle data and processes to identify trends, improve performance, and support strategic decision‑making. This role involves working with cross‑functional teams to ensure accurate reporting, optimize workflows, and enhance financial outcomes.
To thrive in this role, you will be proactively enhancing our CRC environment, leveraging process improvements and technological advancements to drive better patient outcomes and strengthen partnerships with clients. Their ability to identify problem accounts, trends and address training gaps will help improve the entire department, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
Here’s what you will experience working as a Revenue Cycle Analyst:- Analyze different areas of revenue cycle and identify areas for improvement.
- Support implementation of process improvements and system enhancements.
- Receive live escalation calls from patients to assist with resolution.
- Utilize skillset to identify enhancements for better patient care.
- Subject Matter Expertise in revenue cycle processes
- Advanced critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Strong collaboration and cross-functional teamwork capabilities
- Proficient customer service techniques
- Competency in data analysis
- Familiarity with R1 tools
For this US-based position, the base pay range is $46,664.00 - $72,250.29 per year. Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
This job is eligible to participate in our annual bonus plan at a target of 5.00%.
