The Commercial team is essential to Tropicana Brand Group’s success by driving revenue growth, acquiring and retaining customers, and providing valuable market insights. Working closely with other departments to align sales strategies with business goals, help shape pricing and product development and keep the company competitive and responsive to market shifts. By building strong customer relationships, maximizing profitability, and identifying new opportunities for growth, the team contributes to both short-term and long-term success.

The Opportunity
We are looking to add a Senior Analyst to our Trade and Pricing team. This role will be responsible for overseeing the commercial fines and fees process, leading cross-functional projects around fine mitigation, bracket compliance, and dispute cases. The Senior Analyst will also be the subject matter expert on SAP pricing procedure, data management, and customer order portal navigation. Tropicana is looking for a critical thinker with exceptional communication, influencing and relationship management skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Lead PBNA True-Up processes, ensuring accurate reconciliation of trade spend, bracket pricing adjustments, and financial accruals
- Own Unsaleable Allowance reporting and analysis, identifying root causes, quantifying financial impact, and partnering cross-functionally to reduce waste and fine exposure
- Manage price group governance, ensuring accurate customer and product alignment within pricing systems and supporting consistent execution of pricing strategies across channels
- Serve as Subject Matter Expert for customer order portals, driving user adoption, troubleshooting issues, and partnering with IT to enhance functionality
- Oversee vendor guide management, ensuring compliance with pricing structures, trade terms, and customer-specific requirements while maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation
- Ensure adherence to trade, pricing, and promotional policies, reinforcing governance standards and mitigating financial and compliance risk across the organization
- Lead bracket compliance initiatives, monitoring adherence to pricing thresholds and discount structures, identifying gaps, and implementing corrective actions to protect margin and ensure pricing integrity
- Support pricing strategy execution by maintaining price lists, managing price increases and decreases, and analyzing customer and SKU-level pricing performance
- Partner with Revenue Growth Management (RGM), Sales, and Finance teams to evaluate pricing elasticity, promotional effectiveness, and trade ROI
- Conduct variance and profitability analysis to identify risks and opportunities across customers, channels, and product portfolios
- Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities within trade and pricing systems (e.g., SAP, TPM platforms, Power BI)
- Ensure data integrity across trade and pricing systems, proactively identifying discrepancies and driving resolution
- Provide training and guidance to cross-functional teams on pricing tools, order processes, and governance policies
- Support customer onboarding and master data with system setup related to pricing, trade terms, and order execution
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business or Finance OR Minimum 4 years of CPG experience
