Role Overview

The Payer Project Consultant partners with client and internal teams to support the successful delivery of payer‑focused initiatives. This role supports project execution, drives change management efforts, strengthens client relationships, and contributes to sales and proposal development activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project & Change Management Support: day‑to‑day execution of payer‑related projects, tracking timelines, deliverables and key milestones; coordinating across cross‑functional teams; assisting in the development and implementation of change management strategies; identifying risks, issues and dependencies and escalating as appropriate.
  • Client Relationship Support: partnering with client stakeholders to facilitate effective communication; building strong working relationships; supporting the preparation and delivery of client‑facing materials, including status reports and presentations.
  • Sales & Proposal Support: assisting in proposal development, presentations and supporting materials for new and existing client opportunities; contributing to solution design, gathering inputs, organizing content, supporting project scoping; participating in internal planning discussions for growth opportunities within the payer space.
