Engineering & WCM Coordinator

Roles and Responsibilities

• Coordinating WCM, risk management, and business continuity activities
• Leading continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives aligned with business objectives
• Supporting audits, risk mitigation actions, and annual business continuity plan reviews and testing
• Advancing HPR and WCM Foundation goals in partnership with site teams
• Providing technical support for engineering, operational improvement, and small CAPEX projects
• Delivering training and coaching in Lean Six Sigma and WCM methodologies
• Sharing best practices to drive consistency and performance across the region

Base salary range: $81,500 to $126,500 per year. Total Target Cash (base pay and annual bonus) range: $89,600 to $139,100. Bonus target is 10% of base salary, variable based on company and individual performance.
