Regional Insights & Enablement Lead

Job Summary

The Regional Insights & Enablement Lead at JLL will deliver world‑class business intelligence, governance standards, and strategic support to protect and grow client relationships across the Americas.

M-F 8‑5 CT, Hybrid at JLL corporate office (preferred) or remote in U.S. Central Time.

• Strategic Leadership & Organizational Influence – Lead with an Accelerate
  2030 mindset, shape regional strategy, serve as a visible change agent, and collaborate across functions to accelerate growth opportunities and improve client relationships.
• Business Intelligence, Insights & Reporting – Own regular reporting cadence (e.g., renewal reporting, share‑of‑wallet analysis), contribute to quarterly executive reporting, provide growth‑plan progress updates, and generate NPS insights and action plans.
• Key Project Management – Oversee the Account Business Plan process, lead Client Voice initiatives, champion Accelerate
  2030 projects, and drive data‑quality governance and quarterly business reviews.
• Cross‑Regional & Nexus Leadership Collaboration – Contribute to global Nexus strategy, represent the AMER region in leadership forums, and lead implementation of initiatives such as the APEX training program, BI automation roadmap, and L&D strategy.
• Account Management & Cross‑Organizational Stewardship – Govern key BI routines, onboard Account Directors, facilitate monthly AD calls, support client escalations, and partner with Finance, Marketing, and HR on growth, NPS, and L&D initiatives.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, analytics, finance, or a related field.
• 8+ years of leadership experience with proven track record in complex problem‑solving, project execution, and executive collaboration.
• Deep business acumen and understanding of operational, financial and market dynamics within a large, matrixed organization.
• Exceptional communication skills across all mediums and audiences, with the ability to command respect and drive consensus in high‑level meetings.
• Strong client focus and ability to build and maintain relationships across diverse stakeholder groups.
• Unwavering ethical standards, drive for excellence, and innate collaboration.
• Advanced analytical skills to transform data into actionable insights.
• Strategic thinking and results‑driven mindset with ability to translate business challenges into solutions.

• MBA or comparable advanced degree.
• Proven ability to challenge the status quo, drive change, and think outside the box.
• Experience building productive relationships with executive stakeholders.
• Experience navigating complex organizational structures and influencing decision‑making processes.
• Background in client account planning, account management and data governance.
