Assistant Manager
Marquette Management, one of the nation's most innovative and people-centric property management companies, is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Pavilion Apartments, a thriving 1,115-unit community where the city and suburbs meet.
This role is perfect for someone who's passionate about resident experience, leasing, and team collaboration —with a strong foundation in organization and leadership. While light bookkeeping responsibilities remain, this role is more focused on leasing support, team operations, resident service desk, and resident retention.
