** What you'll do*
* + Conduct investigations into claims of potential harassment, discrimination, workplace misconduct and/or potential violations of company policies

+ Communicate recommendation and guidance on appropriate corrective actions based on investigation results

+ Provide investigations, findings and summaries to senior leadership

+ Conduct various data analysis on complaints and related metrics, monitoring for patterns and trends to identify areas of concern

+ Draft, proof and finalize documents ensuring accuracy and compliance with policy/legal requirements

+ Partner with internal stakeholders including leadership, legal, and others when appropriate

+ Utilize comprehensive and in-depth employee relations expertise to assess credibility and provide guidance and recommendations for the organization

+ Maintain accurate and confidential records of investigations, findings, and resolutions.

+ Lead continuous improvement of processes and protocols to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in handling employee relations issues.

** What you'll need*
* + To be 18 years of age or older

+ Authorization to work in the United States for this company

+ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field

+ 7+ years of professional experience handling internal workplace investigations

+ In depth knowledge of state and federal employment laws including but not limited to; FMLA, ADA, FLSA, NLRB, Title VII, etc.

+ Strong initiative and solid judgment abilities/skills

+ Strong project management, analytical, fact-finding and evidence gathering skills

+ Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information

+ Ability to exercise a sense of urgency handling multiple cases/priorities

+ Ability to travel as required

** Additional qualifications*
* + Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace software

+ PHR/SPHR or SHRM CP or SCP certification

+ Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills

+ Strong verbal and written communication skills

+ Ability to work in a high demand, fast-paced environment with diverse, geographically dispersed teams
