We now find ourselves seeking a sales-driven, organized, and hospitality-oriented Account Coordinator for our Chicago office! As an Account Coordinator, you will be
  • ...Serve as the primary relationship lead for assigned clients and hotel partne
  • rs.

    Assist in the creation of proposals, presentations, customized sales and marketing materials and basic site itineraries using templates and existing resourc
  • es.

    Assist in creating hotel specific marketing materials that support further growth in hotel-based lead generation, including but not limited to customized Destination Guides, One Page Hotel Sheets and One Page Décor Pag
  • es.

    Conduct research on venues, activities, and local offerings to support proposals and presentatio
  • ns.

    Help manage inventory of client and hotel gifts and assist with vendor communication as need
  • ed.

    Support coordination of internal events, such as hotel partner meetings or client happy hou

    Participate in team meetings and training sessions to develop industry knowledge and skillse

    Monitor and report local market updates, such as hotel openings or venue chang
