We now find ourselves seeking a sales-driven, organized, and hospitality-oriented Account Coordinator for our Chicago office! Assist in the creation of proposals, presentations, customized sales and marketing materials and basic site itineraries using templates and existing resourc - es.
Assist in creating hotel specific marketing materials that support further growth in hotel-based lead generation, including but not limited to customized Destination Guides, One Page Hotel Sheets and One Page Décor Pag - es.
Conduct research on venues, activities, and local offerings to support proposals and presentatio - ns.
Help manage inventory of client and hotel gifts and assist with vendor communication as need - ed.
Support coordination of internal events, such as hotel partner meetings or client happy hou - rs.
Participate in team meetings and training sessions to develop industry knowledge and skillse - ts.
Monitor and report local market updates, such as hotel openings or venue chang - es.
Maintain accurate business files and information for active and past progra - ms.

Strong administrative and organizational skills with great attention to d - etail.
