The Insurance and Actuarial Advisory Services (IAAS) practice covers all segments of the property/casualty and life/health insurance industries.

Support our Client Engagement teams in:

• Performing a diverse range of actuarial tasks, including financial modeling, loss reserving, financial and regulatory reporting, product development and pricing analysis, litigation support, customer analytics, rate setting, and other consulting projects.
• Driving transformation and innovation efforts for clients, including growth initiatives, cost reduction, and proactive risk management.

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in actuarial science, finance, or a mathematics‑related field, supported by a strong academic record.
• At least two actuarial exam passes preferred.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Relevant prior internship experience in the actuarial field.
• Reliable transportation and a driver’s license or commute ability.
• Willingness to travel and work beyond standard hours when necessary.

• A purpose‑driven, growth‑oriented professional mindset with a passion for learning and collaboration.
• Proven analytical and problem‑solving skills with a strong foundation in business and/or technology.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Excel VBA, R, or Python.
• Collaboration and a keen interest in technology to influence business operations.
• Knowledge of how to leverage firm‑approved AI tools in a business setting.

• A comprehensive compensation and benefits package with a base salary range of $88,000–$90,000 in the U.S., subject to education, experience, skills, and geography.

• A hybrid model with most client‑serving roles working in person 40–60% of the time.
