Senior Mainframe Analyst

Location: Madison (hybrid role)

• Perform reverse engineering impact analysis for modernization initiatives.
• Work with business stakeholders to translate requirements into functional technical specifications.
• Conduct impact analysis and documentation.

• Strong experience in mainframe technologies COBOL, JCL, DB2, CICS.
• Good experience with mainframe applications developed via Cool Gen and document business rules.
• Good understanding of legacy system architecture and batch processing.
• Experience in business analysis requirement gathering.
• Exposure to mainframe modernization re-platform re-engineering programs.

Compensation: The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $61,087 to $104,364.

• Paid time off based on employee grade (A-F), defined by policy:
