Job Summary
Support efficient management of Department/Bureau operations, participate in preparation and implementation of policies and procedures, ensure compliance with statutory and strategic mandates, perform basic and routine work assignments, assist in projects and initiatives as needed, handle FOIA requests, and research to develop and improve policies and practices around business operations.
Minimum Qualifications- Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's Degree or possession of a High School Diploma or GED Certificate.
- At least 4 years of administrative, analytical, or directly related experience.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Knowledge of modern business systems accounting practices as they relate to large‑scale organizations.
- Planning, developing, and completing basic and routine assignments.
- Execution of procedures and guidelines for improvement of services.
- Strategic thinking, planning, and managing situations, and verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to provide basic insight, advice, and expertise to other professionals, management, and external contacts.
- Team player who can communicate basic knowledge to team members and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of basic and standard principles and practices for a specialized area of focus.
Sedentary work involving occasional lifting of up to 10 pounds and sitting most of the time, with brief periods of walking or standing.
Veteran’s PreferencePreference is given to honorably discharged Veterans who have served more than 180 consecutive days or during war time. Veterans must identify themselves on the application, attach a copy of DD‑214 (or equivalent), and provide original discharge papers at interview.

$71,647 - $79,001 per year
