Demand Planning Analyst

Job Description

The Demand Analyst is a member of the North America Demand Planning team responsible for developing a demand plan, participating in S&OP, and executing a multi‑year demand plan to support the business objectives of Revenue, Cost, Cash, and Customer Experience.

• Use and maintain the Demand Planning software as the primary forecasting system tool, reviewing historical sales trends, researching demand drivers, preparing forecast data, developing statistical forecast models, and evaluating forecast results.
• Create and implement processes to achieve best‑in‑class forecast accuracy.
• Identify practices that cause gyration to the supply base and systematically resolve them to improve demand stability.
• Collaborate with Supply Planning to achieve inventory targets and mitigate excess & obsolescence opportunities.
• Drive alignment with Sales, Finance, Supply, Product and Engineering teams on the demand plan over a 2‑year planning horizon.
• Drive efficiency in all areas of work and allocate resources to best achieve expected outcomes.

• Knowledge of Oracle Demand Planning or other ERP software.
• Experience with other software packages including Windows and Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical, organizational, decision‑making, and presentation skills.
• Interpersonal skills essential to effectively interact with all teams, areas and levels of business affecting the forecast process.

• BA/BS degree or equivalent.
• 3 years of relevant industry experience.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely.
• Employer work permit sponsorship not available.

Target Base Salary Range: $65,700 – $85,000.
