Workday Adaptive - Sr Analyst

Job Summary

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Up to 2 years of experience (including internships) in business areas adjacent to Workday Finance (Fin), such as financial planning and analysis, finance operations, accounting, or economics.
• Workday configuration experience is a plus; candidates with strong business knowledge and a proven ability to learn complex systems are also considered.
• Proficiency in Excel, especially for assessing load files.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Preferred:
  Workday training and/or certifications.
• Good analytical and problem‑resolution skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet deadlines.

Estimated base salary range: $85,000 – $95,000. Total compensation range (including annual incentive): $93,000 – $104,800.
