The role requires managing onboarding, validation, and offboarding processes, while ensuring adherence to staffing standards. Candidates should be proficient in using enterprise management systems and have a strong background in vendor management.
Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end vendor lifecycle processes.
- Coordinate vendor workforce validation and offboarding actions.
- Maintain an inventory of vendor engagements and ensure compliance.
- Organize vendor performance data and support governance activities.
- Ensure data integrity and perform regular audits.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Operations, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 7 years of experience in vendor management or procurement operations.
- Experience with audit and compliance processes.
- Proficiency in enterprise systems like project management and collaboration tools.
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
