Summary

In this role, you will work closely with Learning Program Owners to support high‑impact programs such as Compliance & Risk, Leadership, Operations training and more. You will be responsible for translating complex inputs into clear, practical content and communications, coordinating execution across stakeholders, and ensuring programs are delivered with quality, consistency, and speed. This position operates at a high level on enterprise learning initiatives, applying structured thinking and sound judgment to produce executive‑ready insights that enable timely decisions.

The role is well suited for someone who thrives in fast‑moving environments, is comfortable navigating ambiguity, and brings analytical strength and strong execution capability to large‑scale initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor measurements and metrics to assess the overall effectiveness of learning programs and tools, tracking impact on performance and recommending approaches to improve adoption.
  • Partner with internal Hyatt functions to understand colleague and business learning needs, gather requirements, and support development of learning deliverables.
  • Support the development and execution of program communications to stakeholders and end users, ensuring clarity and consistency.
  • Partner with and support management of external vendors and contractors for fulfillment of program deliverables.
  • Coordinate learning operations, including program logistics, registration, scheduling, and vendor‑related activities.
  • Evaluate and recommend improvements to processes supporting learning strategy, including collection and use of HR data.
  • Prepare analyses, reports, and presentations to evaluate effectiveness of programs and support recommendations.
  • Support the development, curation, and refinement of learning content and materials, incorporating feedback and evolving business needs.
  • Coordinate program activities, including timelines, deliverables, stakeholder inputs, and communication efforts across multiple work streams.
  • Support discovery efforts by gathering inputs, organizing information, and contributing to identification of key insights.
  • Identify and organize learning content and tools to support business needs as directed.
Qualifications

Successful candidates possess significant exposure to Hyatt systems and data, the ability to work with and through others to achieve business outcomes, communicate effectively across stakeholders, manage multiple priorities with attention to detail, and contribute to continuous improvement through analysis and feedback. They are flexible in working style and environments, comfortable working within established processes, and possess strong influencing and communication skills.

Education
  • BS Degree, preferably in business, hospitality, or human resources.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
  • Certification in training instructional design or delivery preferred.
Computer Skills Needed To Perform This Job
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Basic experience working with data and reporting tools.
  • Understanding of user experience and content development practices.
  • Familiarity with digital collaboration and communication tools.
  • Exposure to Learning Management Systems (LMS) or Learning Experience Platforms (LXP) preferred.

Salary Range

The salary range for this position is $68,800 - $86,000. The final pay rate/salary offered to the successful candidate will depend on experience, skill level and other qualifications for the role, as well as the location of the performance of work. Pay for the successful candidate will meet local requirements, including the local minimum wage rate.
