About the Role

Uber Freight connects shippers with truckers, much like how Uber connects riders and drivers. We are a team of entrepreneurial individuals who are redefining the movement of things around the world. On the Uber Freight team, we fiercely believe that our dedication to transportation technologies will bring more harmonious, highly efficient, and increasingly safer transportation logistics to our roads.

Marketplace Integrity and Growth

Delivers impact by sourcing, developing, and managing the carrier capacity needed to meet shipper transportation needs with predictability and high performance—while protecting against bad actors and fraud vectors. The scope of this role covers carrier onboarding, management, performance monitoring, risk & fraud-ML models, and carrier access restrictions. We’re looking for a data‑fluent, entrepreneurial Product Manager who thrives in ambiguity and loves building platforms and experiences that drive measurable customer and business value.

As the lead Marketplace Integrity and Growth Product Manager, you’ll define and deliver critical capabilities to build our carrier network—maximizing active carrier supply while rigorously mitigating risks such as fraud, compliance, and suboptimal performance.

  • Quality & Velocity:
Leverage AI throughout research, prototyping & build to deliver high‑quality product experiences.
  • Communication:
Effectively communicate product plans, tradeoffs, and results to a diverse audience, including internal partner teams, third‑party partners, executives, end‑users, and external customers.
  • Innovation:
Lead the discovery, development, and adoption of innovative features and experiences that improve outcomes for Uber Freight, our customers, and external partners.
  • Cross‑Functional Team Leadership:
Collaborate with a strong team of engineers, designers, data scientists, and user researchers, setting clear team deliverables, defining the roadmap, and driving execution.
