Leads product initiatives with strategic significance, often across multiple teams or platforms. Define product roadmaps, manage stakeholders at various levels, and ensure alignment with business goals.

• Define and drive product vision, strategy and roadmap for a significant product area based on stakeholder needs and business benefits in alignment with company goals
• Lead cross‑functional teams through discovery, prioritization, and delivery of impactful product features.
• Conduct user research, market analysis, and competitor benchmarking to inform product decisions.
• Own the end‑to‑end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and post‑launch optimization.
• Translate customer and business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and success metrics.
• Work closely with technology and design to ensure timely delivery of high‑quality features.
• Communicate product plans, progress, and performance to stakeholders and leadership.
• Mentor junior product managers and contribute to a high‑performing product culture.

• Minimum – 4 Years, Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Technology, Business or related field
• Minimum – 5 Years of Agile/Scrum Methodologies, Product Management or related experience
• Preferred – 5 Years in a specific domain

• 8 Years of Agile/Scrum Methodologies, Product Management or related experience within a specific domain

• Preferred – Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)

Typical hiring range: $92,600.00 to $ Annually. Actual compensation will be determined using factors such as experience, skills & knowledge.
