This is a selective, low‑volume environment built around compliance, discretion, quality control, and high‑trust relationships. This is not a high‑volume retail brokerage or agent recruitment model.
Role OverviewThe Designated Managing Broker will oversee Illinois brokerage compliance, licensing supervision, policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements while supporting the firm’s early‑stage launch.
