WhatYou’ll Do
- Manage the programs. Lead strategy, execution, and continuous improvement for our Diabetes and Hypertension programs. Evaluate how they interact with broader Oak Street initiatives to drive clinical and economic results.
- Build and scale. Manage the full lifecycle of clinical interventions — from pilot design and launch through proof of concept and national scale.
- Lead a team. Manage and develop 1–3 direct reports, building capacity while maintaining accountability for program outcomes.
- Drive cross‑functional alignment. Partner with clinical, operational, and regional leaders to building business cases and move initiatives forward without formal authority over those teams.
- Ensure field execution. Collaborate with regional teams to translate central strategy into consistent clinical and operational practice at the center level.
- Track what matters. Monitor and communicate key metrics — quality measures, utilization, and financial impact — and use data to drive program decisions.
- 5+ years in healthcare strategy, consulting, population health, or clinical operations. Bachelor's degree required.
- Demonstrated ability to launch pilots and scale initiatives across a distributed, national footprint.
- Strong project management skills across complex, multi‑stakeholder environments.
- Experience managing or mentoring others, with a collaborative leadership style.
- Comfortable synthesizing data to build compelling business cases and influence senior stakeholders.
- Thrives in ambiguous, high‑growth environments; change‑oriented without losing rigor.
