Job Summary

Support development of growth strategies to increase performance and drive execution while working alongside senior leadership within Energy and Environmental Services. Collaborate with various cross‑functional corporate and area teams to evaluate and coordinate continuous improvement objectives. Contributes to the development of long‑term strategy to ensure development of customer experience initiatives, technology related projects and development of internal tools to drive business decisions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Partners with Staff, Managers, Directors, and VP's to analyze profitability and productivity performance, develop and implement strategic and operational improvement plans to achieve and exceed business goals.
  • Promotes development and implementation of solutions and tools to drive enhanced business decision‑making process with executive ready recommendations insightful analytics.
  • Gather and provide clarification to functional and technical requirements across the customer’s value chain and provide analytical support and new perspective to evaluate customer mix, commercial focus, and market approach.
  • Develops new ideas and processes working with Directors and Sr. Directors in Operations, Finance, Customer, HR, Digital Legal, Market Areas, and other Departments to analyze customer profitability, coordinating the development and standardization of data, tools, and analysis.
  • Coach fundamentals of Business Innovation (Discovery, Design Sprint, Sprint Cycle, Hardening/Release, and Innovation Support).
  • Validates budget planning information, analyzing year‑to‑date data versus prior year and budget. Utilizes financial analysis and data mining software/techniques to evaluate the effectiveness of current processes.
  • Reviews project management cue with Digital, business analysts and SMEs to ensure we are proactively re‑prioritizing efforts based on business and customer value.
  • Collaborates with system users and management to assist with change management and transition to new applications and/or application enhancements; acts as a local “super‑user” regarding aspects of system post‑deployment.
  • Drafts recommended improvements to the operating model, including organizational design, workforce planning, process standardization, and automation to support efficiency, scalability, and service quality.
  • Develops and implements effective business processes, consistent with the accomplishment of long‑range objectives which will enhance effectiveness, while working closely with business leadership – all levels.
Qualifications
  • Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or similar area of study, or in lieu of degree
  • High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and 4 years of relevant work experience
  • 5 years in demonstrating knowledge of analysis, statistics, desktop tools, and project management
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to build, manage and synthesize financial models, performance analysis and revenue forecasting
  • Proven ability to working across a large organization and drive process culture change Ability to act independently and multiple groups to execute technical projects and deep understanding of successful project execution techniques through seasoned exposure to organizational behavior
  • Proven track record in data modeling, quantitative analysis and familiarity with CRM programs Strong communication, coaching & motivation skills
  • Demonstrated knowledge of medical waste practices or solutions in corporate and small business operations.
  • Ability to identify opportunities and consult with internal and external customers on solutions or best practices for operational improvement
