Management And Program Analyst
As a Management and Program Analyst, GS-0343-11, you will be responsible for:
• Provides technical assistance and direct support to management staff.
• Assists with the implementation of new procedures and workflow enhancements impacting office operations.
• Communicates effectively with internal and external customers regarding operational processes, service concerns, and program-related initiatives.
• Completes assigned projects across multiple administrative functions accurately and on time.
As a Management and Program Analyst, GS-0343-12, you will be responsible for:
• Evaluates administrative functions to identify ways to improve efficiency, effectiveness, productivity, and customer service.
• Oversees and executes various administrative support functions including budget, contracts, time and attendance, records, emergency preparedness, and space and facilities management.
• Interprets and ensures compliance with administrative rules, regulations, and policies.
• Establishes and maintains information reporting systems to track the status of administrative actions.
As a Management and Program Analyst (Consumer Education and Financial Literacy Specialist), GS-0343-12, you will be responsible for:
• Developing and supporting consumer education and financial literacy content, campaigns, and outreach products. Planning, developing, and coordinating educational materials, campaign content, presentations, toolkits, digital content, and other resources that help students, parents, borrowers, and other consumers understand federal student aid and make informed financial decisions.
• Analyzing customer insights, program data, and stakeholder feedback to improve consumer education efforts. Reviewing qualitative and quantitative information to identify trends, assess customer needs, evaluate campaign or content effectiveness, and recommend improvements to educational products and outreach activities.
• Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to support consumer education priorities. Working with FSA program offices, communications teams, digital product teams, servicing organizations, vendors, schools, and other stakeholders to develop, coordinate, and deliver consumer education and financial literacy activities.
