Sr. Business Analyst

We are currently working with our client in Los Angeles, CA who is looking for a perm Sr. Business Analyst to hire.

• Analysis of business cases and business process requirements gathering.
• Design process and activity documentation.
• Preparation of function design documentations.
• Take charge of system testing conditions, system testing and defect resolution.
• Determination and implementation of required process controls.
• Business readiness activities including data cleaning, process development and documentation.
• System deployment knowledge transfer of all process and technical information to support organization.

• Must have complete familiarity with the technologies and applications visibility and in depth understanding of the business processes they support.
• Process design and activity documentation.
• Determination of system testing condition, system testing and defect resolutions.
• Business readiness activities including data cleaning.
• BA/BS degree in related field from an accredited institution.
• Experience with Sales and Distribution.
• Experience developing and implementing new processes and changes to existing processes.
• Must be highly motivated, creative and thorough.
• Must be able to reason through issues and resolve problems.
• Must be able to maintain confidentiality.
• Experience coordinating with teams in multiple environments.
• Knowledge of the master data Material Management, Production Planning and Sales and Distribution business processes.
