Operations Assistant – Full Time – Chicago, IL

Salary: $55,000-$60,000 per year

We help make your world a safer place. We are seeking a personable and dedicated Operations Assistant to supervise a team of security officers across multiple sites, ensuring operational effectiveness and top‑tier service.

Typical Responsibilities
  • Manage guard operations for multiple sites, supervising subordinate officers and supervisory staff.
  • Meet with line management and client representatives to provide status updates and address issues.
  • Ensure service expectations are met through regular client contact.
  • Coordinate orientation, training, development, and retention of high‑caliber staff.
  • Maintain and submit accurate payroll records, employee and business information; review client and company reports.
  • Communicate and coordinate scheduling, staffing, equipment, record‑keeping, and related matters to ensure smooth service delivery.

Position Requirements
  • At least 21 years of age
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 3+ years of security experience
  • 2+ years of scheduling experience
  • Experience in payroll and training (preferred)
  • Proficiency with basic computer and technology use
  • Strong planning, organizing, and leadership skills
  • Initiative, results orientation, and deadline compliance
  • Reliable and self‑motivated
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to participate in a comprehensive pre‑employment screening, including drug and background checks
