Operations Assistant – Full Time – Chicago, IL
Salary: $55,000-$60,000 per year
We help make your world a safer place. We are seeking a personable and dedicated Operations Assistant to supervise a team of security officers across multiple sites, ensuring operational effectiveness and top‑tier service.
Typical Responsibilities- Manage guard operations for multiple sites, supervising subordinate officers and supervisory staff.
- Meet with line management and client representatives to provide status updates and address issues.
- Ensure service expectations are met through regular client contact.
- Coordinate orientation, training, development, and retention of high‑caliber staff.
- Maintain and submit accurate payroll records, employee and business information; review client and company reports.
- Communicate and coordinate scheduling, staffing, equipment, record‑keeping, and related matters to ensure smooth service delivery.

- At least 21 years of age
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- High school diploma or GED
- 3+ years of security experience
- 2+ years of scheduling experience
- Experience in payroll and training (preferred)
- Proficiency with basic computer and technology use
- Strong planning, organizing, and leadership skills
- Initiative, results orientation, and deadline compliance
- Reliable and self‑motivated
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to participate in a comprehensive pre‑employment screening, including drug and background checks
