Job DescriptionSeeking a senior GTM Operations and Revenue Operations expert to support a large-scale AI transformation initiative focused on quota planning, territory design, and capacity planning processes within a B2B SaaS environment.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities- Lead stakeholder workshops and discovery sessions
- Gather and document business requirements
- Create current-state and future-state process map
- Develop process flow diagrams, swimlane documentation, and operational specification
- Define business rules and workflow requirements for AI-enabled processes
- Partner with technical and business stakeholders to translate operational needs into implementation-ready documentation
- Facilitate alignment across Sales, Finance, Legal, IT, and Operations teams
- Support quota planning, territory design, and capacity planning initiative
- 8-15 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Operations
- Deep expertise in quota planning, territory design, and capacity planning/books of business
- B2B SaaS industry experience
- Consulting experience (Big 4 or equivalent preferred)
- Strong Salesforce knowledge
- Experience with Oracle EPM, Anaplan, or similar planning platform
- Proven ability to facilitate workshops and uncover undocumented business process
- Strong documentation, process mapping, and requirements-writing skills
- Understanding of AI-enabled workflows and agent-based systems
- Experience leveraging AI tools within GTM or Revenue Operations environment
- Experience working across Sales, Finance, Legal, and IT organizations
- Startup or high-growth company experience
- Familiarity with sales capacity planning frameworks and operational planning models
- Experience supporting AI transformation initiatives
