Yubico is seeking an experienced Deal Desk Associate to support the Global Sales team from quote to booking, coordinating with Legal, Finance, Order Management and Product.
You will manage US channel POs, process stocking orders, and serve as a central hub for booking and fulfillment in Salesforce, working across time zones and during EOQ/EOY peaks.
The role requires accuracy, quick interpretation of complex docs, and a proactive mindset to improve processes and report issues via Jira.
