Business Operations Support Senior Associate
The Business Operations Support Senior Associate provides executive level administrative support for business processes tailored to the specific needs of the Business Unit. This role supports key operational functions such as client intake, contract administration, billing, etc., collaborating with firm Partners to ensures processes are executed efficiently, accurately, and in alignment with firmwide policies and BU goals. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and committed to continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide operational support across the project or engagement lifecycle, including proposal support, billing coordination, contract support, and data maintenance.
- Maintain data accuracy and integrity across internal systems (e.g., D365, Workday, Icertis, SharePoint), supporting reporting and compliance needs.
- Coordinate administrative support for client service teams, including scheduling, meeting logistics, and document preparation.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to resolve operational issues, track deliverables, and ensure timely execution of tasks.
- Follow firm policies and risk protocols, escalating gaps in documentation, systems, or compliance when necessary.
- Support the development and editing of client-facing materials, including presentations, reports, and invoices.
- Assist in onboarding and training of Associates and new team members, sharing knowledge of tools, systems, and best practices.
- Contribute to process improvements and knowledge sharing by participating in team initiatives and cross-team collaboration.
- 3–5 years of experience in administrative or operational support roles such as billing, contract management, or client intake—preferably within a professional services or consulting environment.
- College degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with enterprise systems (e.g., Workday, Icertis, D365).
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information and work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable, with a willingness to learn complex systems and improve processes.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.
At Crowe, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $45,000.00 - $92,600.00 per year.
