Responsibilities
- Improve and scale the foundational engine powering Capital One’s newly expanded debit network ecosystem
- Responsible for engineering and optimizing the core infrastructure that handles Back Office, Settlement, and Security functions
- Minimize payment transaction friction and maximize operational reliability for issuers
- At least 3 years of experience working in Product Management
- Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a quantitative field or an MBA with a quantitative concentration
- Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products
