The Product Manager is responsible for managing assigned digital products and delivering enhancements that align with the broader product strategy established by Product Leadership. The role balances customer needs, business priorities, and technical considerations to deliver measurable value and drive product adoption across global markets. Working closely with business stakeholders, customers, technology teams, and delivery partners, the Product Manager translates business needs into prioritised product requirements and supports the successful execution of product roadmaps.
The Product Manager supports products throughout the product lifecycle, from discovery and requirements definition through delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement, ensuring solutions deliver measurable customer and business value.
As part of HAVI's digital transformation journey, this role contributes to evaluating and implementing emerging technologies, including Artificial Intelligence (AI), automation, and advanced analytics, to improve customer experiences, enhance decision‑making, and support business outcomes.
This is a hybrid role based at 345 N Morgan St, Chicago, IL 60607. Candidates must reside in the Chicago metropolitan area. Relocation assistance is not offered at this time.
Qualifications- Strong understanding of product management principles and the software product development lifecycle.
- Working knowledge of Agile methodologies and SaaS product delivery.
- Bachelor's degree in Product Management, Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Computer Science, Software Development, or a related field.
- Customer‑centric mindset with the ability to translate customer and business needs into practical product solutions.
- Willingness to travel internationally up to 30%.
- 3+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Owner, Business Analyst, Digital Product Delivery, or a related role supporting software products throughout the product lifecycle.
- Experience managing products or product features throughout the product lifecycle.
- Experience translating business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritised backlogs.
- Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams in Agile environments.
- Experience working with stakeholders across multiple regions and global teams.
- Experience supporting cloud‑based or SaaS digital products.
- Experience with in Supply Chain, Planning, Logistics, Retail, or related industries is strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of supply chain planning processes—including forecasting, demand planning, inventory planning, S&OP, supply planning, supply chain analytics, and decision‑support solutions—is beneficial.
