Job Summary
At HCSC, the focus is on strategy and technology-enabled transformation to drive growth, improve affordability, and redesign our operating model. The role supports leadership by delivering projects in strategy development, planning, and implementation, focusing on transformation across clinical areas.
Responsibilities- Support leadership by delivering projects related to strategy development, planning, and implementation to drive growth, improve product and service affordability, and transform the operating model.
- Advise senior leadership on transformation initiatives across clinical areas and collaborate closely with Healthcare Management leaders.
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis, provide insights, and make recommendations to prioritize new opportunities.
- Proactively identify and resolve complex problems, manage multiple complex priorities, and work effectively in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree / MBA plus 7 years of general industry experience or 3 years of consulting experience at a top‑tier consulting firm.
- Strong knowledge of corporate strategy and transformation core skill sets.
- Experience formulating, planning, and implementing strategy and transformative efforts.
- Ability to conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis, generate insights, and make actionable recommendations.
- Strong critical thinking and problem‑solving skills with some oversight.
- Experience managing complex projects with some oversight.
- Excellent collaboration and interpersonal effectiveness, building strong connections and driving results in a matrixed environment.
- Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills.
- Capability to manage multiple complex priorities in a fast‑paced, evolving organization.
- Advanced degrees such as MBA, MHA, MD, JD, or PhD.
- Experience in the healthcare industry, especially in the health insurance sector.
- Experience with corporate strategy, growth, product, transformation efforts, technology‑enablement, or business case development.
This is a Flex (Hybrid) role: 3 days in the office and 2 days remote. Sponsorship is not available.
