  • Maintain integrated plans, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables across multiple teams.
  • Track progress, risks, and issues; drive resolution through structured escalation.
  • Coordinate interdependencies across related initiatives (upstream and downstream systems).
  • Support development and refinement of functional and non‑functional requirements.
  • Facilitate working sessions with SMEs to decompose current‑state processes and define target‑state workflows.
  • Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical design.
  • Track delivery of key artifacts (process models, data definitions, system requirements).
  • Assist in defining and documenting standardized business processes, operating models, workflows, and control frameworks across business functions.
  • Support implementation of workflow controls, business rules, data standards, and process governance mechanisms that improve consistency, quality, and compliance.
  • Help drive consistency across organizations while balancing local business requirements and operational constraints.
  • Support program governance structures, including status reporting, decision tracking, and RAID management.
  • Prepare materials for leadership reviews and stakeholder communication.
  • Ensure adherence to defined governance processes and standards.
  • Coordinate across business operations, engineering, technology, quality, compliance, and other stakeholder groups.
  • Manage communications, meeting cadence, and follow‑ups across distributed teams.
  • Support alignment and decision‑making across competing priorities.
  • Assist with migration planning, cutover coordination, and adoption activities.
  • Support development of training materials and rollout strategies.
  • Track adoption metrics and implementation progress.
Qualifications
  • University Degree (equivalent to Bachelor's degree) in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
  • ~10+ years relevant experience, including significant program/project coordination and delivery experience.
  • Experience supporting large, complex, cross‑functional programs.
  • Background in process transformation, system implementation, or operations.
  • Experience coordinating across business and technology teams.
  • Exposure to laboratory operations, LIMS (e.g., Lab Ware), or sample workflows.
  • Experience supporting operational, engineering, laboratory, manufacturing, quality, or other process-driven business environment.
  • Experience with data standardization, workflow automation, or enterprise systems integration.
  • Strong program coordination and execution discipline.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent work streams and dependencies.
  • Strong facilitation, documentation, and communication skills.
  • Structured problem‑solving and attention to detail.
  • Ability to leverage GenAI tools to accelerate your work with a genuine curiosity about how these tools are reshaping business transformation.
  • SAFe/Agile training and/or certification is highly preferred.
