Functional Expert – Sales Operations Systems

Support and enable the sales organization to deliver excellent execution of the market’s sales strategy. Responsible for supporting the customer and channel teams to drive sales force effectiveness and productivity.

Sales Operations Systems roles focus on configuring, maintaining, and generating reports for a Sales Operations system, including:

• Processing information and maintaining records in the system.
• Generating reports and conducting analyses on data.
• Ensuring accuracy of information entered and testing new features to verify procedures.

• Maintain the Trade Promotion Management (TPM) system used to record, forecast, track, and manage claims for all customer trade expenditures.
• Lead systems and data troubleshooting.
• Support key users with data entry and event maintenance; manage system user access.
• Maintain Power BI reporting connected to trade data flowing out of the TPM system.
• Manage reporting refreshes and data inputs; lead Power BI trouble‑shooting.
• Demonstrate systems experience, particularly finance or sales systems; experience with TPM systems would be a homerun.
• Perform systems and data troubleshooting.
• Apply financial acumen and data analytics where helpful.
• Use Power BI and Microsoft Excel.
• Show strong organization and professional communication skills.
• Collaborate effectively with teams.
• Have experience working for a blue‑chip CPG / FCMG company.
• Understand strategic revenue management (or revenue growth management).

• Drug test.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Mid–Senior level.

• Food and Beverage Manufacturing.
