Meister Seelig & Schuster, a growing midsize commercial law firm with offices in several states, seeks a Junior Payroll and AP Specialist in Chicago to support bi-weekly payroll, timecards, and AP processes.
You will work closely with the HR Director and CFO to ensure accurate deductions, year-end reporting, and reimbursements, while assisting onboarding and payroll inquiries. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, with 2+ years payroll experience and strong Excel and communication skills.
