Key Responsibilities for the Procurement Specialist:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for procurement-related inquiries and administrative support

• Coordinate procurement calendars, meetings, communications, and training activities

• Maintain contract records, databases, and renewal tracking processes

• Review vendor documentation, including insurance certificates, disclosures, and compliance requirements

• Support contract and solicitation processes by collecting, organizing, and reviewing supporting documentation

Qualifications for the Procurement Specialist:

• Experience supporting procurement, contracts, vendor management, or administrative operations

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Experience managing high-volume email communications and competing priorities

• Ability to communicate professionally with vendors and internal stakeholders

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and document management systems

• Experience with contract administration, compliance tracking, or procurement support is a plus
