We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support strategic alliance initiatives by gathering business requirements, analyzing business processes, and driving system improvements. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical requirements and provide project updates to leadership.
Responsibilities- Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
- Perform systems analysis, process mapping, and gap analysis.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Security, Compliance, and IT.
- Create and maintain project documentation and status reports.
- Present project updates and recommendations to leadership.
- Identify process improvements and support systems integration initiatives.
- 5+ years of Business Analyst experience.
- Strong experience with business/technical requirements gathering.
- Expertise in systems analysis, process documentation, and gap analysis.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
