Mutares actively supports its portfolio companies with its own investment and operations teams and through strategic add-on acquisitions. The aim is to achieve a clear value increase with a focus on sustainable, long-term growth of the portfolio company. As we continue to grow and broaden our footprint, we are expanding our Operations Team in the greater Chicago area. We are seeking an experienced Finance professional with a proven track record in consulting or restructuring—someone who embraces continuous improvement and brings an entrepreneurial mindset.

This role involves on-site work at portfolio companies located across US territory.

• Provide financial leadership and on-site support to portfolio companies across the US as part of the expansion of the Operations Team.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support restructuring efforts as needed.

• Finance professional with a proven track record in consulting or restructuring.
• Demonstrates an entrepreneurial mindset and a focus on continuous improvement.
