DRW in Chicago is seeking a Business Manager to roll out new trading initiatives across the Americas, liaising with internal and external teams to perform due diligence and ensure onboarding of traders, venues and products.
The role requires 5–10 years in a trading environment, onboarding experience with clearing firms and exchanges, strong PM skills, and global teamwork across US, Europe and Asia. Base salary 120k–150k USD; discretionary bonus; competitive benefits.
