Role Description
Support business operations and strategic initiatives by analyzing data, evaluating processes, and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, and organizational performance. Gather, document, and analyze business requirements while collaborating with stakeholders to understand business needs, operational challenges, and strategic objectives. Develop reports, dashboards, and analytical presentations that provide insights into key performance indicators, business trends, customer behavior, and process effectiveness. Work closely with cross-functional teams to support project implementation, process optimization, and business transformation initiatives.
Deliver data-driven recommendations and actionable insights that support informed decision-making, enhance operational efficiency, and contribute to sustainable business growth and long-term organizational success. Assist in monitoring business performance and ensuring that operational improvements align with organizational goals and strategic priorities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Economics, Finance, Management, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field. Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail. Proficiency in spreadsheets, reporting tools, data analysis methodologies, and business process evaluation techniques. Familiarity with requirements gathering, process mapping, performance measurement, project coordination, and business reporting practices is advantageous. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across all organizational levels.
Strong organizational and time-management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Knowledge of business intelligence, process improvement frameworks, change management, data visualization, KPI reporting, and data-driven decision-making principles is highly beneficial. Experience with business analysis tools, workflow optimization, performance reporting systems, and business process improvement initiatives is considered an advantage.
