Senior Sales Analyst

MAGNA-TILES is looking for an experienced Sales Analyst to join the Company’s growing Operations team. As America’s #1 Magnetic Building Sets Brand1, MAGNA-TILES is experiencing tremendous growth in markets globally and is looking for a new teammate to support our sales team and provide actionable insights to our key partners.

• Analyze sales data, including volume, revenue, and market share, to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales by product, region, and channel to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.

• Collaborate with sales and supply chain teams to develop accurate demand forecasts and inventory plans.
• Utilize historical sales data, market trends, seasonal performance, and consumer insights to predict demand fluctuations and optimize inventory levels.
• Coordinate ad-hoc promotional activities throughout the year.

• Prepare regular reports, dashboards, Power BI dashboards, and presentations to communicate sales performance, trends, and insights clearly and concisely to senior management and cross-functional teams.
• Present recurring business updates to cross-functional stakeholders, highlighting key takeaways, implications, and recommended actions rather than simply reporting the numbers.
• Provide ad hoc reporting and analysis as needed to support multiple departments, helping stakeholders move beyond the numbers to understand key drivers, risks, and opportunities.

• Assist in the development of sales plans, targets, and budgets based on sales forecasts, market insights, and business objectives. Support the Sales Team in assortment planning and budget development using market intelligence to reinforce decision-making.

• BA or BS from an accredited university or 5+ years of experience in sales analysis, business analysis, commercial analytics, or related field.
• Strong analytical foundation with experience pulling, analyzing, and extracting insights from multiple data sources; able to think critically and translate data into clear business recommendations.
• Goal oriented and results driven; self-directed and highly motivated.
• Speaks confidently, clearly, and effectively in front of groups, with the ability to tailor messages to varied audiences and regularly present cross-functional business updates and insights.
• Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
• Independent thinker who can work proactively, exercise sound judgment, and solve problems with limited direction.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, fun, and dynamic team environment.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Circana, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint), and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), including experience building, maintaining, or running Power BI dashboards.
• A willingness to innovate, learn, and contribute to a dynamic team.

• Experience with Tier-1 retailers such as Target, Amazon, or Walmart.
• Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma) is a plus.
• Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) is preferred but not required.
