Cyrel® North American Equipment Service Manager – Wilmington, DE (Hybrid – 4 days onsite)

The Cyrel® North American Equipment Service Manager supports the Flexographic Solutions business by ensuring equipment reliability, maximizing uptime, and delivering high‑quality customer support.

• Provide technical support throughout the equipment installation lifecycle (pre‑, during‑, and post‑installation).
• Partner with Sales to align technical solutions with customer requirements.
• Serve as the escalation point for equipment service issues.
• Manage and support third‑party service providers.
• Collaborate with global experts and OEM partners to resolve issues.
• Lead equipment upgrades and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Utilize diagnostic tools and technologies to improve service effectiveness.
• Guide and prioritize activities across technical support resources.
• Deliver hands‑on problem solving and technical leadership.

• 10+ years in flexographic printing and equipment service.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and provide recommendations.
• Experience with Salesforce, Service Max, or similar CRM.
• Familiarity with invoicing and service‑related financial processes.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field.
