Job Summary
At PwC, our people in deals focus on providing strategic advice and support to clients in areas such as mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and restructuring. You will be responsible for analysing financial information focusing on quality of earnings and assets, cash flows and other key client deal issues. In this role you will build meaningful client connections, mentor others, and grow your personal brand while deepening technical expertise.
Responsibilities- Provide financial due diligence and transaction-related services
- Analyze intricate issues and develop solutions
- Mentor and guide junior team members
- Maintain elevated standards in every deliverable
- Build and sustain client relationships
- Develop a deeper understanding of the business context
- Navigate complex situations to enhance personal brand and technical skills
- Utilize various tools and methodologies to solve problems
- Travel:
Up to 60% travel required
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3 years of experience
- Interviewing executive management at target companies
- Assessing quality of earnings, net assets, and cash flows
- Resolving issues in technical accounting areas
- Participating in client discussions and meetings
- Communicating a broad range of Firm services
- Managing engagements and maintaining project economics
- CPA or equivalent
Salary range: $77,000 - $202,000.
