What's on the menu?- Lead packaging sustainability and EPR work for the North American zone in alignment with Kraft Heinz's global sustainability strategy, commitments, and governance.

- Partner with Legal, Regulatory, Government Affairs, Finance, R&D, Operations, Procurement, and Sustainability teams to translate evolving EPR requirements into packaging strategies, supplier expectations, commercial decisions, and governance processes.
- I have a bachelor's degree in supply chain, finance, business, sustainability, engineering, or a related field (equivalent relevant experience will also be considered).
- I have over 6 years of experience across procurement, sustainability, supply chain, packaging, compliance, or project management, including meaningful experience leading cross-functional sustainability or packaging initiatives
- I have strong knowledge of Extended Producer Responsibility, packaging compliance, circular packaging principles, recyclability requirements, and packaging data management. I have working knowledge of sourcing lifecycle processes and the tools required to support execution.
- I have a demonstrated ability to translate regulatory requirements into practical procurement, supplier, packaging design, and business actions.
- I have strong written, verbal, analytical, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex sustainability topics clearly to internal stakeholders and external partners.
- I have proven project and program management capabilities, including multi-workstream coordination, business case development, and data-driven decision-making. I have experience developing longer-term plans and translating them into execution roadmaps, governance, and measurable outcomes.
- I am an effective influencer with demonstrated success working across functions, business units, and supplier or partner relationships
- I have proven stakeholder management skills, including experience building alignment with senior leaders and cross-functional teams
