- Bachelor’s degree in business analytics, market research, statistics, or any related field
- 5+ years related work experience, preferably in the CPG industry
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power Point
- Hands‑on experience with syndicated and customer scan data (e.g., Nielsen, Numerator)
- Proven ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable recommendations
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Detail‑oriented, analytical mindset
