• Lead communication strategy for large-scale organizational transformation initiatives.
• Partner with executive leaders to develop compelling communication plans and messaging.
• Design employee communication campaigns that drive engagement and adoption.
• Advise clients on change communication best practices and stakeholder engagement.
• Develop presentations, communication toolkits, and executive messaging for leadership teams.

• Bachelor's degree required (advanced degree is a plus)
• 8+ years of consulting or corporate communications experience
• Experience leading communication strategies for organizational change or transformation initiatives
• Strong executive presence with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple client engagements in a fast-paced consulting environment
