Senior Product Manager, Shopping Experience based in United States.

This role focuses on building the future of digital shopping experiences that help millions of customers discover, evaluate, and purchase products with confidence.

You will own the product vision and roadmap for health-focused shopping experiences, creating intuitive solutions that support customer needs and lifestyle goals.

The position offers the opportunity to lead high-impact, zero-to-one initiatives while working within a large-scale consumer technology environment.

You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, research, data science, operations, and business teams to transform insights into meaningful products.

The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, combines strong customer empathy with analytical thinking, and enjoys solving complex marketplace challenges.

Your work will directly influence customer engagement, conversion, and long-term product adoption at significant scale.

Accountabilities

As a Senior Product Manager, you will define and execute product strategy for health-focused shopping experiences, driving innovation from early discovery through launch and continuous improvement. You will work cross-functionally to create customer-centric solutions, establish measurable success criteria, and deliver products that create meaningful business and user impact.

  • Own the end-to-end product vision, strategy, and roadmap for health-related shopping experiences, including zero-to-one initiatives and scaled product improvements.
  • Partner with design and user research teams to understand customer behaviors, needs, and pain points, translating insights into effective product experiences.
  • Define product success metrics and lead experimentation programs, including A/B testing and analytics initiatives, to improve engagement, conversion, and retention.
  • Collaborate with engineering, data science, operations, partnerships, legal, and privacy teams to deliver reliable, compliant, and customer-focused solutions.
  • Build alignment across stakeholders by communicating priorities, trade-offs, and decisions clearly while maintaining focus on customer and business outcomes.
  • Drive product launches and iteration cycles, ensuring solutions are scalable, impactful, and aligned with broader business objectives.
Requirements

The ideal candidate brings strong product leadership experience, a customer-first mindset, and a proven ability to deliver successful consumer products in fast-moving environments. You should be comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution while working across multiple teams.

  • 6+ years of product management experience building consumer-facing products and managing the full product lifecycle from discovery to launch and optimization.
  • Demonstrated success delivering zero-to-one products with measurable impact on metrics such as engagement, conversion, retention, or adoption.
  • Experience partnering with product design and user research teams to turn customer insights into product requirements, prototypes, and shipped experiences.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience defining metrics, running experiments, interpreting data, and using analytics tools such as SQL or equivalent platforms.
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams, manage competing priorities, and drive alignment without direct authority.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Design, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in health, nutrition, wellness, e-commerce, marketplaces, personalization, search, or content-driven consumer products is a plus.
  • Startup or high-growth company experience, especially building products from early concepts through large-scale adoption, is preferred.
  • Strong communication and storytelling abilities, with the ability to present product strategies and decisions to executive-level stakeholders.
Benefits
  • Competitive base salary ranging from $184,000 to $233,000 USD depending on location and experience.
  • Eligibility for equity compensation through new hire grants and annual refresh opportunities.
  • Flexible remote-first work environment with the ability to work from locations where you are most productive.
  • Comprehensive benefits package designed to support health, financial wellness, and overall well-being.
  • Opportunities to work on products used by millions of customers and make a measurable impact at scale.
  • Collaborative culture with cross-functional teams focused on innovation and customer experience.
