What Youll Do at BTS

BTS is a consultancy specializing in the people side of strategy For over three decades weve been designing powerful experiences that have a profound and lasting impact on businesses and their people We help the worlds leading companies turn strategy into results Our next generation approach combines deep business knowledge with transformational development to help people and their company evolve together We equip leaders for tomorrow inspire new ways of thinking and build critical capabilities through targeted interventions including working sessions workshops offsites and more As a Leadership Consultant youll work directly with leaders from the worlds leading and largest corporations Youll learn how their strategies and businesses work and youll shape leadership capabilities across the organization We work in small teams to develop designed experiences think customized leadership simulations behavioral assessments or app based digital learning then we facilitate these engagements with our clients in working sessions that incorporate humor fun and competition;

and youre the facilitator and coach who makes these experiences impactful and memorable There are no industry verticals at BTS and you will work with a variety of clients on different types of projects Youll be staffed on multiple engagements at one time across different industries and with different internal teams Within our Leadership COE you will deepen expertise in leadership development strategy assessment and behavior change while also drawing on BTSs broader areas of practice Strategic Alignment Business Acumen and Sales & Marketing When youre not facilitating a leadership offsite or development program youll spend your time designing these experiences interviewing clients conducting research and analysis testing programs and learning This is all done in a team based setting where our entrepreneurial culture of freedom and responsibility empowers you to contribute from your first day As your skills and career grow youll take on more responsibility to lead projects manage client relationships find new clients and opportunities to grow BTSs business and grow the careers of other BTSers We have a hybrid work environment with expectations of being in the office 50 of the time when youre not traveling As for travel we do that differently than most consulting firms youll travel when you are leading clients through the designed experiences you and your teammates create On average youll travel 3050 of the time occasionally more than 50 occasionally less than 30

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
• Two to five years of experience in consulting learning & development leadership development or a relevant industry
• Experience designing or delivering leadership development programs assessments or executive coaching engagements is strongly preferrEd
• Some project leadership experience is ideal; for more experienced candidates experience in a client facing role is strongy preferrEd
• Eligibility to work in the US permanently without sponsorship is required

  Translates leadership theory into practical experience based learning that resonates with business leaders
  Applies knowledge of adult learning principles to the design and facilitation of leadership experiences
• Problem framing and Developing Insights
  Applies qualitative andor quantitative data analysis to understand client leadership challenges
  Integrates insights from secondary sources including leadership research to strengthen program design
  Uses curiosity and questions to draw out data and insights from clients and stakeholders
• Client Ready Communication
  Creates clear and accurate written documents
  Listens so the client as well as teammates feel heard
  Facilitates and presents in a captivating manner while communicating with others as regular people
  Builds trust with client stakeholders through consistent follow through and credible leadership expertise
