Assistant Luxury Travel Advisor

Pay Range: 45k to 50k

• Work closely with Senior Travel Advisors to bring complex itineraries to life.
• Research destinations, hotels, and experiences; prepare polished client proposals; assist with bookings for flights, accommodations, dining, and activities.
• Manage confirmations, track deadlines, and ensure every detail is accurate and aligned with client preferences.
• Support pre‑ and post‑travel logistics—drafting travel documents, reconfirming reservations, monitoring itinerary changes, and addressing any issues that arise during travel.
• Maintain clear internal communication and keep systems up to date.

• 1–3 years of experience in travel, hospitality, or a high‑touch service role.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Interest in luxury travel and global destinations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; experience with travel booking tools is a plus.
